BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Rate’s already discounted, included 18.7% government taxes and service charges.
- Rates are per room per night based on 2 persons. An additional charge for a third person / extra bed is THB 600 net per room per night (Room Only), and THB 700 net per room per night (Breakfast).
- Daily breakfast rate for extra person is THB 200 Net per adult, and THB 100 Net per child**
- Check in time 14:00 hrs. / check out time 12:00 hrs. (Bangkok GMT +7). Late check out from 14:00 - 18:00 hrs. will be charged at 50% from daily room rate, check out after 18:00 hrs. will be considered to one night charge.
- Children under the age of 12 years can share a paid room with parents utilizing the existing bed without extra room charge. Baby cot is free of charge and will be available upon request.
- 100% full prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
