BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Rate’s already discounted, included 18.7% government taxes and service charges.
Rates are per room per night based on 2 persons. An additional charge for a third person / extra bed is THB 600 net per room per night (Room Only), and THB 700 net per room per night (Breakfast).
Daily breakfast rate for extra person is THB 200 Net per adult, and THB 100 Net per child**
Check in time 14:00 hrs. / check out time 12:00 hrs. (Bangkok GMT +7). Late check out from 14:00 - 18:00 hrs. will be charged at 50% from daily room rate, check out after 18:00 hrs. will be considered to one night charge.
Children under the age of 12 years can share a paid room with parents utilizing the existing bed without extra room charge. Baby cot is free of charge and will be available upon request.
